Beachside Neighborhood Location

Beach Haven is located on the West side of a scenic stretch of coastal Highway A1A in Palm Coast, Florida.  Driving North on Highway A1A from Daytona, Flagler Beach or Palm Coast, Beach Haven is only 5.8 miles North of Palm Coast Parkway.  Driving South from the St. Augustine area on Highway A1A, Beach Haven is about 8.6 miles South of State Road 206 (or 1 mile South of Marineland).

The premier amenity of Beach Haven is the coquina sand beach located directly across from the Beach Haven neighborhood, accessible by our very own private Beach Haven boardwalk.  This is where all of the fun in the Florida sun starts, at the beach.

Nearby, Palm Coast, Daytona and Jacksonville offer fantastic opportunities for shopping, dining, and cultural activity. Two outlet malls are less than 30 minutes, as well as Jacksonville's Avenues Mall, which is less than 45 minutes away. Top it all off with a new Publix grocery neighborhood center that is located just 2 miles south of Beach Haven.

Beach Haven’s nearest neighbor is the 70-year old icon of Florida attractions, Marineland, the World’s First Oceanarium.  Located just one mile North up Highway A1A, newly re-built and re-opened Marineland invites visitors to get wet and swim in their new interactive Dolphin Lagoon.  But marine life is only the beginning.  Historic St. Augustine, with its sites, romantic streets, variety of restaurants, shopping, and carriage rides is only a short 20-minute drive from Beach Haven.

Catch great entertainment at the recently renovated St. Augustine Amphitheatre which hosts acts from rock to jazz to classical, as well as the St. Augustine Farmers' Market. Just 25 minutes away, World Golf Village offers an IMAX theatre, dining, and nightlife. Or head to downtown Jacksonville to enjoy a touring production of Broadway show at the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts or your favorite musicians making a concert stop there. And as for art, the St. Augustine area is home to many local artists whose works can be found in the galleries there.

Northeast Florida also features wonderful outdoor activities, including year-round golf and tennis, plus boating, hiking, kayaking, fishing and biking. If golf is your passion, you'll find golf courses designed by such renowned pros Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. If you’d like golf with an ocean view, check out the challenging championship course at Ocean Hammock Golf Club. Dedicated tennis players will appreciate the Player’s Racquet Club in Palm Coast. It has 18 courts, including clay, hard and grass surfaces and hosts several USTA national events each year.

Love to watch sports? You can see the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team play nearly every week in the fall. And there are professional golf tournaments at TPC Sawgrass (60 minutes north on A1A) and World Golf Village, the Daytona 500 south on I-95, and the Bausch & Lomb Women’s' Tennis Tournament at Amelia Island.

Beach Haven is a little over an hour away from major transportation options: Jacksonville International Airport and Daytona Airport. Both airports have direct flights to major hubs with connecting flights to most international destinations. St. Augustine's and Palm Coast's airports host charter flights and private aviation and are only 20 minutes away.

Beach Haven is easy to reach, and close to some of Florida’s most popular destinations. Yet it will always be, at heart, an old-fashioned beach community, within the sound of the surf and the soft ocean breezes.
